Everyone

Created by Electric Company Theatre, Neworld Theatre, November Theatre, Pound of Flesh Theatre, Theatre Melee, Theatre Replacement and Caravan Farm Theatre.
A modern morality play in 7 horse-drawn acts.
Six celebrated Vancouver theatre companies converged on an 80-acre farm in the Okanagan to create an over the top, epic piece of theatre: Everyone. Featuring live music, a spectacular outdoor setting on a forested hill, and six horsedrawn wagons, Everyone is a contemporary take on the Medieval Morality play — complete with an updated Vice and Virtue, a handful of allegorical characters, and an "Everyfamily."
For over thirty years, Caravan Farm Theatre has been producing outdoor theatre for a large and appreciative audience. Productions have ranged from new works by Peter Anderson to inventively staged classics such as Brecht's Mother Courage and Shakespeare's Macbeth. This summer's production of Everyone introduces Caravan's unique theatrical aesthetic of site specific staging and the use of the horse as a staging device to six unique urban companies, and the results promise to be extraordinary.
"Everyone, with its diverse combination of artistic sensibilities, urban and rural aesthetics, and interpretations of contemporary British Columbian experience, will be an iconic work by some of the province's most exciting theatre practitioners, to be shared with the audiences of the interior of BC."
